If Bio diesel is used in your machine JCB recommends running a tank of regular diesel fuel through your fuel system every fifth tank to flush the system, and you must maintain the proper Bio fuel ratio to Diesel fuel.

You should change all the fluids in your machine at no less than every 500 hours and in extreme conditions every 250 hours.
